CLASSES

Vinyasa

A class designed to build more strength, stamina, and flexibility in order to bring more balance to your daily life and help manage everyday challenges. A step by step process of “Flowing with breath” (Vinyasa), we will flow gracefully into each pose by linking breath with movement.

Come flow and be prepared to move! All levels welcome.

Chair Yoga

Come enjoy an energizing chair yoga class! Practiced in and supported by a chair, learn yoga poses and breathing techniques to create strength, flexibility and balance. No yoga experience necessary. Suitable for beginners, Seniors and anyone else who wants a slower-paced exercise program. Learn how to release tension, energize your body and calm your mind.
